While estimating experience is valued, this role is primarily execution-focused -- ensuring field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets stay aligned.</p><p>You will serve as the operational leader on assigned projects.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Manage projects from award through closeout</li><li>Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules</li><li>Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers</li><li>Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards</li><li>Conduct site visits and monitor progress</li><li>Identify and resolve project challenges proactively</li><li>Communicate project updates clearly to clients and internal teams</li><li>Complete job documentation and reporting</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>3-7+ years of construction project management experience</li><li>Masonry restoration experience strongly preferred</li><li>Proven experience managing larger or multi-phase projects</li><li>Strong leadership and team coordination skills</li><li>Solid budgeting and cost control experience</li><li>Excellent problem-solving ability</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul><h2><br></h2>
