This role is ideal for someone who understands construction but thrives in a client-facing, revenue-generating environment.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess project scope</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates using subcontractor bids, supplier pricing, and unit costs</li><li>Present proposals clearly and confidently to clients</li><li>Follow up consistently to close sales</li><li>Build and maintain long-term client relationships</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff to project management</li><li>Negotiate pricing when appropriate while maintaining profitability</li><li>Track leads, proposals, and pipeline activity</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in construction estimating (masonry strongly preferred)</li><li>Sales-oriented mindset with closing experience</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to build trust quickly with clients</li><li>Organized and self-motivated</li><li>Comfortable working both in the field and in-office</li><li>Valid driver's license</li></ul>
